Thrift Score | Embroidered Ankle Boots

When it come to thrifting, LA is where it’s at.

I was up there a couple weeks ago for work, so clearly thrifting wasn’t first on the agenda, but it also wasn’t last (thrifting > food).

Work ended up taking the entire day, but I knew if I didn’t hit up atleast one thrift store I would suffer from way too much FOMO, so I was totally that annoying girl who came into the store 15 minutes before closing & annoyed the shit out of the employees who just wanted to go home ASAP.

It was a total supermarket sweep style shopping session.

While speedy Gonzales-ing around the store, I caught a glimpse of a boot in the corner of my eye. I speed-walked on over & grabbed ’em.

Embroidered pointy toe ankle boots by one of my fave shoe brands (Matisse), in my size, never worn, & 50% off the already discounted price (originally $190, I scored for $20!!). Serendipity at it’s finest.

Here is my first look rocking my new babies, which totally channel the chic vibes of these Saint Laurent gems, don’t you think?!

x, E
