Rich Girl/ Poor Girl: CHLOÉ Embellished neoprene slides

I don’t know about you guys, but when I was a kid there was a pair of sandals I would always wear. They were made by Adidas & were black w/ a thick strap across the top that had three white lines. Do you know the ones? Of course you do- you most likely had a pair as well.

Yea, I was obsessed. Kids are never fans of tying shoes, so naturally these were on my feet at all times. Little did I know at the time that these would one day be a chic fashion statement– & since my feet have barely grown since those days (so odd) I am really beating myself up over not keeping them.

Summer 2014 is all about the “pool slide”, & I have been lushing big time over the CHLOÉ Embellished neoprene slides, that gold plate though. Die. Too bad I would never ever spend 840 bucks on a pair of sandals. YIKES. Not down.

So, I do what I do best, & found the perfect ‘poor girl’ version here. I may even think they are actually cuter than the CHLOÉ’s?? Thoughts? Will you guys be rocking pool slides this summer? Do tell.
