Target Obsessed || 7 Fab Designer-Inspired Pieces

target fashion 2013

Have you ever heard of Target Does it Again? Basically it’s two cute ladies who post all the latest/greatest/best/fashionable items at Target (pronounced Tar-Jay if you’re fancy) on Instagram. There account inspired me to scour the website for my top top Target picks, when I noticed they have a ton of stuff that looks like the designer stuff for, at the very least, half the price.

Don’t believe me? I’ll prove it. Here are 7 pieces that will have you looking like a high fashion hottie, while still keeping your bank account happy & healthy. Enjoy lushes, and happy Friday.

1. I die over these calf high harness boots, I mean could they look anymore like a pair of Frye boots? Nope, I think not.

2. Tuxedo jackets are so chic these days (love pairing them with a vintage/destroyed rocker tee and some skinny jeans). I actually think I like the Target version of this jacket over the Rag & Bone one.

3. How comfy cozy does this denim and sweatshirt hoodie look? Perfect for fall, and a spitting image of the more expensive Free People jacket.

4. Did you know leather baseball caps are now referred to as “blogger hats”? Meaning I need one, obviously. Yet, this one of those items I’d rather not spend a ton on because who knows when it will go out of style?  Good thing they have a cheaper option at good ole Target, cause frankly who has a spare $176 on Cast of Vices leather baseball cap? Not me, that’s for sure.

5. I am all about vintage inspired tees- they look great with everything. Chaser Brand has always made great tees (Nirvana one found here), but they are pretty pricey.. and who wants to spend a ton on a T-SHIRT?!  You know what I do? I go to the Target’s men section and check out their collection of rad shirts. Now, I can get the Nirvana one, plus 5 more for the price of the Chaser one. No brainer.

6. How cute would the above tee look with this adorable leather pleated skirt from Target? It’s basically the spitting image of the much more expensive Alice & Olivia version.

7. This one I actually grabbed straight from the Target Does it Again insty account- they posted a pic of these buckle booties with the caption “Petty boots in disguise”, and they were spot on. They are the exact same body of the popular Sam Edelman Petty booties, yet even cuter with the buckles!!

Get your shop on you lovely lushes <3.

xx, E
