Revival of the Corset

Ahh- the revival of the corset!

First seen on the Prada runway (need a white one asap!), then on the entire Kardashian/Jenner clan, & lastly- see on every street style blogger everywhere… this trend literally went viral in 2016 & I def. see it going strong into 2017. I was super weary to try this look for the longest time.

I thought it was so damn cool, but just didn’t know how well this would accentuate my hips. Then, my girl Lizbeth from IMLVH, shared one she found on Amazon… & I figured, why notttt. I am borderline addicted to Amazon Prime, it’s just so damn easy, so I threw this rad one in my cart & called it a day.

So glad I pulled the trigger on that purchase, because I am obsessed with the corset belt!

This time around I paired it with a borrowed from the boys graphic tee, but in the future I definitely plan to throw one on over flowy dresses, structured blazers, & even oversized hoodies.
