Dad hats are getting a major moment in the world of fashion.
Alone, they look kinda dorky (hence why they are referred to as your dad’s hat…), but when paired with the right outfit, they are the hot new “it girl” accessory & I am ALL about it.
I am so curious how this trend became a thing, but I am envisioning in my head one of the members of the GiGI/Kendall crew probably grabbed their dad’s hat to protect their face from the sun and/or hide from the paparazzi. The outfit was probably super on point, as per usual, & the rest was dad hat history. A total Regina from Mean Girls moment, making the shirt with holes on the boobs the next best thing since sliced bread. Ya know?
Regardless of how it came to be what it is today, I am 100% team dad hat & hoarding big time. Some I literally stole from my mom’s hat collection, like the ‘blah, blah, blah’ one seen above, & of course… I have bought a handful of more current ones as well (like this cute denim babe one that I can’t wait to get in the mail!!).

Damn I was honestly unsure about the dad hat trend but I mean…..with those babes rocking dad hats I need to find a way to make this work – LOL. Also “Life is Good” makes me literally LOL.
