Seriously though, are you ready to have your world/tastebuds rocked? I’m not trying to toot my own horn here, but this dessert, it’s seriously the.best.thing.ever. Once you try your very first dark chocolate kiwi pop, you’re gonna majorly love me. Swear/can’t wait.

I told you guys all about my creature of habit way of eating in a previous post, & this is my latest fixation. I can not get enough of these lil’ babies, which is rad for me cause they are so easy to make it’s almost a joke… if you know me, you know that I hate difficult recipes/being in the kitchen longer than 10 minutes. This one is very lil’ prep, very lil’ steps, & very lil’ clean up. Just my style.

Even though I was a bit unclear about the kiwi + chocolate combo at first, I haven’t met a fruit I didn’t love & my typical dessert of choice after dinner is a bite or two of dark chocolate. So, I really didn’t see much room for failure or disappointment.

& I was right… x 1000. They were so bomb. I actually made them for a mini dinner party at my house, one for each guest, & I swear I saw a tear or two shed when I broke the news that there was no seconds to be had. Hostess fail, esp. cause there would have been if Zack & I didn’t try two before the party started. My bad.

I will def. be whipping up this cool treat again for the 4th. I know it’s not neccesarily festive or R/W/B themed, but I can guarantee no one will care once they get a taste. This time around, I will definitely remember to make plenty extras & not eat them.

Enjoy & LMK what you think of my new guilt free dessert obsession.

xx, E

I love love love/die for/ can’t live without coconut oil. I recently got my hands on a couple bottles of Skinny Coconut Oil, & ummmm yea, it’s a coconut oil game changer for sure.

+ First of all, TRUE raw coconut oil is nearly impossible to come by, although companies lie about this ALL the time!! This stuff is ACTUALLY & HONESTLY raw (heated under 115 degree Fahrenheit).

+ They use a state-of-the-art method to called the Nutralock System to provide an oil that is alkaline & never heated above room temp. Due to this method, Skinny Coconut Oil is higher in Lauric, Capric, Caprylic, & Myristic Acids.

+ The cocnuts they use come straight from the Vietnam jungle & not a plantation. All the coconuts are pesticide free & grown naturally in the wild. Yea- wild coconuts.

+ The benefits of this oil surpass the benefits of any other coconut oil you’ve ever tried. Better metabolism boosting (more weight loss), more/ longer lasting energy provided, better thyroid support, etc. etc. Not to mention, the taste is better than any other oil you’ve ever tried. Read more about it’s wonderfulness here.
