Finalllly, San Diego has gotten the whole winter memo, & this girl couldn’t be more pleased.
Crispy days & freezing nights are my absolute favorite, something about the chill in the air just makes everything soooo cozy. Total sweater weather, all the time.
To up my sweater game, I DIY-ed my own little coordinate look a while ago for chilling at home, but I loved the ensemble so much I upped the ante (heeled boots) & had to shoot it for the blog. Thanks to the fashion gods, I somehow grey sweater shorts & a perfectly matching chunky knit. They were basically made to be worn together.
BUT, that’s enough about that, because I really wanna chat about my early resolution & latest obsession.
I have a handful of resolutions, but I read the scientific way to actually stick to your resolutions is to not overwhelm your self with too much change & too focus in on one thing at a time. I will be sharing more of my resolutions tomorrow, but there is one I’ve gotten a little head start on.
BEING ON TIME.
I am typically okay/decent with my promptness, but over the past few months I’ve really been slacking & it’s gotta change. Maybe it’s due to some weird deeply rooted issue with my habitually tardy Mom (sorry girl, love you… even when your 3 hours late to lunch), but late people make me bat shit.
In the spirit of not being a hypocrite & to hone in on timeliness #goals, I got myself a new watch by Daniel Wellington that I’ve been eyeing for a while now (slowly becoming a total watch collector these days). I think with resolutions, you gotta treat/bribe yourself.
