This & That | First Grey Hair

BREAKING NEWS: I have a grey hair. Just one little pesky grey, but still- it’s one too many.

& I 100% blame the holiday season… because man oh man am I stressed out x a million.

Christmas shopping is the biggest pain in the ass (& wallet), preparing for the holiday parties is a ton of work, trying to work of all of the Thanksgiving eating is exhausting, & then add on the extra task (& cost) of decorating a brand new living space. I am wiped out & my life is basically one big, never ending, to-do list.

It’s like the song that never ends, it goes on & on my friend…

I try to use the weekends as a mini-escape from reality. I do my very best to get outdoors, put away the computer (although I can’t say that I do too good at this one), do holiday-ish/festive activities, & get to bed early so I am ready for the long week of madness ahead. Let’s just say, I have no choice, because another grey hair on my head will push me over the edge, & ain’t nobody got time for that!

So- how do you all keep from going bat-shit-crazy during the holiday season? Any tips are much appreciated.
