Faux Ice Cream | Almond Chai

almond-chai-banana-ice-cream-6

So, I’m straight up addicted to chai.

I have a dirty chai to wake me up, sip on chai tea at night (with a splash of almond extract), there is a chai almond candle always burning in my house, I sprinkle chai spice on my oatmeal/smoothies/fruit salads… at this rate, I will be naming my firstborn Chai in honor of this delicious flavor.

Since I’m not big on dairy, I am all about banana ice cream. I’ve made it a million times, it’s my go-to sweet tooth fix, but this time around I decided to spice things up a bit (literally) by giving it a chai/almond twist. It was such a yummy mind blow, that I had to share this insane combo with all of you guys!

Fellow chai-lovers, you can thank me later ;). Enjoy!

When looking for a chai spice you can DIY your own OR buy this one that is absolutely amazing! I literally use it more than salt & pepper.
