So, it’s 9pm & I am literally just getting to the computer for the first time ALL day.
I am leaving town to Copenhagen in exactly 1 week & being the nervous wreck that I am, I have to start getting my ducks in a row yesterday. Zack on the other hand, is so at ease with the whole travel thing it’s almost annoying (but mostly unfair) & suggests we worry about the details on MONDAY. Crazy guy, we leave on Wednesday & he wants to figure things out two days before. Good luck with that babe, I will be packed/taking anxiety meds/& in the car waiting to go to the airport by Monday (kidding, kinda).
That’s besides the point though, just a minor rant/explanation as to why today’s post is soooo late. Sorry guys, but this post will def. make up for it!

So I’m usually the ‘pack the morning of’ type but now I know how you feel since not only do I leave for a month in the UK in 9 days, but I also have to move apartments the day I get back!!

also for flying… I SWEAR by a good facial spray (like an evian) but you can totally diy with rosewater/calming essentials in a mister bottle. calming teas (yogi teas has some GOOD ones > their kava is like a natural xanax just be careful mixing with other things< or ginger!! << no sickies). and noise canceling headphones, I hate bulk so i use the beats in ear ones… one time I slept through a delay because the plane was messed up! I would have broken a window to get out had I known!! have a safe trip!! <3

Aren’t they so amazingly soft!! I live in mine. Okay so I have Evian in my luggage & I have liquid KAVA (thank you for reminding me to bring it!!!). I love ginger, need to pick up some ginger chews (again, thanks for the reminder) & I def. need noise canceling headphones. Thanks for all the tips girl <3
Hahahahaha, omg. “Worry about the details on Monday” for an international flight/trip. That’s amazing, I am jealous of his zen… and could probably learn a few things about just chilling and letting things just be. I get serious anxiety when I have to drive for more than 5 hours at a time so I totally understand where you’re coming from.
